Sport for Life will provide:

  • Registration Platform (Sport for Life CAMPUS)
  • Promotional eFlyer (if workshop is open to public)
  • Workshop materials (activity cue cards and posters) for all participants
  • Learning Facilitator(s)
  • One agility ladder to be distributed to a workshop participant through a draw or as a leave behind for the local host
  • Learning Facilitator travel for workshops within 100km of major metropolitan centres; for workshops outside of this radius, travel costs may apply
  • Evaluation Survey
  • Certificate of Achievement (if registered on the Sport for Life CAMPUS)

Hosts are responsible for providing:

  • Classroom, field, or gym space (for 90minutes) (minimum 20m x 20m) but 20m x 30m is preferred
  • 30 – 40 round, flat cones
  • Two agility ladders (if available)
  • Ability to promote sessions to partner organizations within the community

Important hosting notes:

  • Please allow 2 months lead time from the requested workshop date
  • A minimum of 8 registered participants are required for the workshop to be delivered. Exceptions may be made for rural areas on a case by case basis
  • Sport for Life has the right to cancel a workshop if minimum participation # is not met. This decision will be made 2 weeks prior to the workshop date
  • Should 30 or more participants be anticipated, a second instructor will be assigned and additional field space will be required
