Physical Literacy Movement Preparation is an enhanced training program performed as a warm-up before practices and games to enhance performance and durability.
This on-field workshop is the third and final component of a 3-part training program which teaches coaches, teachers and recreational leaders how to effectively integrate physical literacy movement preparation into their day to day training in order to increase the durability and performance of athletes while decreasing their risk of injury.
Prior to this workshop participants must complete 2 e-learning courses in preparation for a mentor lead, practical in-person peer teaching session supported by instructional materials. This training will better prepare the participant to assist in the development of better movement skills in their athletes through a developing physical literacy approach.
